ENBOARDER / HR in the Age of Overwhelm

Research report

When onboarding software provider Enboarder set out to launch its first-ever research report, the stakes were high. Based on a survey of 2,000 full-time employees from the U.S., UK, and Australia, the report needed to both anchor Enboarder’s new “people activation” messaging and generate strong media interest. But contradictory feedback on early survey drafts left the project at risk—so much so that the client considered pulling the plug entirely.

I stepped in midstream to steer the report back on course. By carefully unpacking feedback, clarifying priorities, and reframing the narrative around Enboarder’s brand pillars, I was able to create a final product that hit the messaging target and delivered the media-friendly insights the PR team needed.

The report generated ~500 downloads within two days of launch — the most inquiries ever received for a piece of Enboarder content — and gained seven media placements, including a top-tier mention in Fortune’s CFO Newsletter.

"Thank you so much to you and your team for helping us put this great report together – we absolutely love the outcome!!"
